Wet fish.

Very difficult getting up this morning. 2 snoozes before I mentally slapped myself with a wet fish to wake up, get out of bed, put the running gear on and GET OUT THERE YOU LAZY OLD £$%^!!

Actually, after a slow start I didn't feel too bad at all, so the wet fish really wasn't needed.  The thing is, I still feel like I'm on holiday and have plenty of time, forgetting that I need to be out the door by 6:45 to get to work.  Hopefully be back in the groove of the early starts at the end of this week.

I didn't need much encouragement to go swimming last night, and ground out 111 lengths for my longest ever swim in my fastest ever time (I think).   When I say fastest yet, it was maybe 1 minute quicker than normal, so that's about 1 and a half minutes quicker for the full 2.4 miles.  Wow.
