Park Yourself There.

 I received an undeserved parking ticket yesterday.  Its a long story (or course), but I tried to pay at the machine but was unsuccessful, then tried the app where it picked up the wrong car park and told me I didn't have to pay, but when I got to my hotel room realised it was the wrong car park and promptly paid my £1.50.  In the morning I had a ticket on my windscreen telling me I had failed to display my pay and display ticket.  Anyway, I have put in a dispute and lets hope the see sense.  I was admittedly 5 or 10 minutes 'late' paying but it would have still been £1.50.  My expectation is low.

Hard Knock Life

The knees continue to give me a bit of concern.  Did a 7 miler yesterday and they were complaining for some time afterwards, although feeling much improved this morning. I don't know what was different yesterday, maybe it was because I was busy earlier on in the day and possibly did something that my knees didn't like.  Anyway, hopefully they will behave themselves for a while.  I have a 10k in just under 2 weeks time, then I can concentrate on the cycling for a while which possibly might build up a bit of strength and improve the situation.  If not, the Outlaw next summer is going to be hard work.
