I managed to turn my alarm off this morning, and wake up 2 hours later. Not too remarkable, I know, but quite rare for me. I can only assume that my body needed the extra 2 hours. My early alarm call was set so that I could go for a run this morning having missed the last 3 days, so unless I go out this evening (very doubtful) it will be 4 days and with the marathon 12 days away its not the best prep. We will see on the day I suppose, and I what is done, is done. Or not done in this case.
