A big increase in worldwide wind and solar power in 2022 sounds like a positive thing, and in fact there is a high probability that we have reached a peak in environmentally unfriendly electricity production. That has to be good news, for the planet and pollution in general. I'm lucky/unlucky enough to live fairly near the river Trent, where you can usually see 2 or 3 trails of pollution heading off in the direction of the wind for many many miles. Hopefully this will be getting less now.
