Half way there.

I can't believe that I'm half way into the 30 week plan.  15 weeks to go, and at 30 weeks to go it seemed soooo long in the future, and now there's only half of it left to do!

As for last week's training, I finished spot on the 12hrs 50mins planned - something I wasn't aware of until I logged the last run.  I was actually an hours' swim down on plan, but did a bit more running so the totals were right even if the balance wasn't.  For me, the extra running is probably the best idea as I concentrate of getting the running form right and avoiding the dodgy knee syndrome.

A fastish 26 mile bike on Saturday followed by a 7 mile run was hard work.  Friday evening I did a 10 mile tempo and felt really, really good so I guess that impacted on Saturday's efforts and yesterdays 10 miler was steady but felt reasonably OK.
